Scope and purpose
This Self-Exclusion Policy governs the time-out and self-exclusion options available to players on the Bhalobet platform. It describes how to initiate a time-out or an extended exclusion, the effects on your account, data handling, and the support framework available. It applies to all accounts controlled by a user on the Bhalobet site and associated services.
Definitions
Time-Out means a short term break from all gaming activity. Self-Exclusion means a long term or permanent restriction on the user’s access to the platform for a defined period.
Time-Out
You may initiate a Time-Out from the Time-Out section within your Account Profile. Available periods are 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and 12 months. During a Time-Out you will not be able to login, place deposits, withdraw funds or engage in any games or services. Access to the platform is blocked for the duration of the Time-Out.
- Revocation of Time-Out: A Time-Out may be revoked only after at least 24 hours have elapsed from the initial request. Revocation requests must be submitted through the account interface or by official contact channels. Upon valid revocation, the account will be reactivated in due course.
Self-Exclusion
To commence Self-Exclusion for a longer period, you must submit a request by electronic mail to our dedicated Self-Exclusion team. A 24-hour cooling-off period applies upon receipt. During this cooling-off period the account is disabled and no gambling activity is permitted.
Following the cooling-off, the Company will inform you of the fixed self-exclusion durations available for selection. The pre-selected durations are fixed and non negotiable. Available options are 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 24 months. To proceed you must reply by electronic mail; if no reply is received within 24 hours, your account will be reopened and you will be notified by electronic mail.
During the Self-Exclusion period the account will remain closed and you will be unable to deposit or withdraw funds. Upon expiration of the Self-Exclusion, the account will automatically reactivate.
Financial protection and account limits
You may establish numerical limits for deposits, losses and wagers in the My Account area at any time. If you exceed a maximum limit, the system will restrict further actions related to that limit. Requests to revoke or modify any limit or exclusion must be submitted in writing or by electronic notice. The Company will consider such requests but retains absolute discretion to deny them. We undertake reasonable steps to ensure that Self-Exclusion and limit measures are respected and that promotional material is not sent to excluded users. The Company is not responsible for activity arising from use of alternate accounts or altered registration details by the user to bypass exclusions.
Promotions, communications and marketing
Promotional materials shall not be directed to users who have activated Time-Out or Self-Exclusion. The Company will not knowingly market to excluded users, and efforts will be made to prevent inadvertent messaging. Users should note that the Company cannot guarantee prevention of activity conducted through other accounts or with altered registration details.
Data handling and privacy
All Self-Exclusion data is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Records related to exclusion shall be retained for the duration of the exclusion period and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law or policy. Personal data used for administering Self-Exclusion will be protected and accessed only by authorised personnel for the purposes of enforcement and reactivation processes.

Updates to this policy will be published within the account environment and reflected in the terms and conditions where applicable.
