Introduction and Scope

This Betting Information page sets out the binding rules for wagering on Bhalobet’s sportsbook and related betting products. It forms part of the broader Terms and Conditions and governs all End Users who hold a Bhalobet betting account. Where a conflict exists between these Betting Rules and any other contractual document, the General Terms and Conditions prevail. The English version governs interpretation where multiple language versions exist.

Eligibility and Account Use

  • Only individuals of legal gambling age in the relevant jurisdiction may place bets. Proof of age or eligibility may be required by Bhalobet at any time.
  • Automated tools, scripts or other unauthorised means to place bets are prohibited. Use of multiple or third‑party accounts to circumvent controls is forbidden and may void bets.
  • Customers must provide accurate information and keep account details up to date. Access to the betting service is restricted to the End User and may be suspended or terminated to comply with Applicable Law or regulatory requirements.

General Betting Rules and Amendments

  • Bhalobet reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Any change becomes effective when published and applies to all bets placed thereafter.
  • All Betting Information displayed (dates, times, venues, competitors, odds and results) is provided in good faith but may contain errors. Bhalobet does not assume liability for inaccuracies and retains the final decision on all markets.
  • Bets are valid only when explicitly accepted by the betting platform. If a stake is not confirmed, the bet remains void.

Event Start, Abandonment, Postponement and Void Bets

  • If an event does not start as scheduled, bets on pre‑start markets may be rendered void unless a market has been unconditionally determined prior to continuation.
  • If an event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within a defined window, the operator may void unsettled markets while standing on markets that are already determined.
  • The outcome of an event used for settlement is subject to the official result published by the controlling body. If no official result is available, settlement may be determined using available evidence or video records controlled by Bhalobet.

Change of Venue and Periods

  • A change of venue from home to away (or vice versa) will ordinarily void all bets unless stated otherwise in Market Rules. Non‑team events are generally treated as valid if the venue change occurs after a market has opened.
  • If the duration or structure of an event changes, bets placed on that event may become invalid in accordance with Market Rules.

Settlement, Results and Corrections

  • Markets are generally settled after the event concludes and a final official result is available. Bhalobet may settle markets earlier for customer service purposes, but reserves the right to correct settlements if performed in error.
  • Where uncertainty exists regarding a result, settlement may be suspended until clarification is obtained. Any amendments to results after settlement may be applied in accordance with the governing data and evidence held by Bhalobet.
  • If there is inconsistency between displayed results and official results, Bhalobet will rely on its video review and official governing body announcements to determine the accurate outcome. In the absence of video material, the governing body’s posted result prevails. The operator’s decision is final and binding.

Markets and Bet Types

  • Single (Ordinary) Bets: A wager on a single outcome with payout equal to stake multiplied by odds.
  • Combo Bets: Wager on multiple independent outcomes. All selections must win for a payout; otherwise the bet loses. If any selection is adjourned, odds revert to 1.00 for that selection.
  • System Bets: A predetermined set of combinatorial bets that allows for some losing selections while retaining opportunities for payout based on the total combinations.
  • Outright/Place: Bets on final placements or tournament winners, including scenarios with multiple winners where applicable.
  • Handicap and Asian Handicap: Markets applying virtual head starts; settlement follows the adjusted score line or score at the end of the bet’s applied period.
  • Over/Under and Totals: Bets on aggregate quantities (e.g., goals) over or under a specified threshold.
  • Bit on Draw No Bet and Double Chance: Markets offering protection against certain outcomes by refunding or covering two possible outcomes.
  • Bet Builder: A multisport or multi-market aggregation within a single event, subject to availability and market rules.

  • Cash Out: Real‑time settlement of a bet before the event end, under revised terms, subject to availability and changes without prior notice.
  • Early Payout: A discretionary feature allowing certain bets to settle early if predefined conditions are met, with terms published on the event page. It may apply to single or combined bets and can be modified or withdrawn by Bhalobet at any time.

  • In‑play bets use the live score displayed at settlement and are settled according to the score at the time of settlement, excluding penalties or overtime unless specified in Market Rules.
  • Where live events are interrupted or paused due to technical issues, bets may remain open or be voided based on Market Rules and operator discretion.

  • Bhalobet relies on data supplied by reputable sources. If data is incomplete or inaccurate, the operator may adjust markets or settle bets in its sole discretion consistent with Market Rules.
  • The operator reserves the right to amend odds and markets in response to events or information that materially affects the market, with changes taking effect when published.

  • Access to the betting service is restricted to individuals in jurisdictions where betting is lawful. Accounts may be closed or restricted to comply with legal obligations or AML requirements.
  • Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly. Bhalobet provides tools to set deposit limits, self‑exclusion and timeouts as part of its responsible gaming program.

The English version governs interpretation of these Rules. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Rules will be resolved by Bhalobet in accordance with its dispute resolution process, including the right to review and reverse settlements in accordance with the Betting Rules and applicable law.

Bhalobet may change these Rules at any time. Notices of material changes will be published on the platform. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.

Support, Contact and Online Assistance

For questions regarding these Rules or to request clarification on a specific market or settlement, End Users may contact Bhalobet through the in‑platform support channels. All communications will be treated in accordance with privacy and data protection requirements.
